Since our services and products are digitally delivered, our shipping and cancellation terms differ from physical goods.
1. Shipping Policy (Digital Delivery)
- All e-books and guides available on our website are delivered digitally in PDF format via email or direct download link after successful payment.
- No physical shipping or courier delivery is involved.
- Delivery of digital files is typically instant, but in some cases may take up to 24 hours depending on email server speed or system verification.
- If you do not receive your file or confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at contact@drraghuveersn.com or +91 74111 77224, and our team will assist you promptly.
2. Consultation Bookings
- Ayurvedic consultations booked through our website are confirmed immediately upon payment.
- A booking confirmation with session details will be sent to your registered email or WhatsApp number.
- Since each consultation is personalized and time is reserved exclusively for you, we do not offer cancellations or refunds once the booking is confirmed.
3. Rescheduling Consultations
- We understand that unforeseen situations may arise.
- You may request to reschedule your consultation at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and approval by Dr. Raghuveer’s team.
- Failure to attend a consultation without prior notice will be treated as a completed session with no rescheduling or refund applicable.
4. Order Cancellations
- Once an order (digital book or consultation) is placed and payment is completed, it cannot be canceled.
- Please confirm your selection carefully before placing an order or booking a consultation.
