Over the years in clinical practice, I noticed something consistent:

Two patients with the same condition, same Ayurvedic medicines, and same lifestyle advice often heal at completely different speeds.

And almost always —
Heartfulness practitioners recover faster, deeper, and more sustainably.

What once appeared purely spiritual now has a strong scientific basis:
heart–brain coherence.


What Is Heart–Brain Coherence?

The heart is not just a pump — it has:

  • its own nervous system
  • its own electrical field
  • its own memory

When you’re stressed, anxious, or mentally restless:

  • Heart rhythms become irregular
